We rely on public records, administrative filings, and reputable sources for context. Aggregated databases are used as leads only and are not reported without confirmation. We do not access non‑public protected databases unlawfully.

 

Reliability Consistency Score (RCS)

Where included, the Reliability Consistency Score (RCS) is a descriptive indicator intended to summarize relative record stability and disclosure alignment within the context of a specific report. It is not predictive, not a credit score, and does not determine suitability. RCS should not be used as the sole basis for any employment, leasing, or partnership decision.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah and Stone Research disclaims warranties and limits liability arising from the use of this site or reliance on our reports. Final employment, leasing, or partnership decisions remain solely with the requesting party.

 

FCRA Status and Client Responsibilities

When reports are used for employment or other permissible purposes under the FCRA, we operate as a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA). Clients are responsible for permissible purpose certifications, required disclosures/authorizations, and adverse action procedures.
