The Selah Convergence Framework

Pause • Reflect • Proceed with Confidence.

At Selah and Stone Research, methodology is not an afterthought — it is the foundation of our work. We believe that important decisions deserve more than automated database outputs. They deserve structure, verification, and disciplined human judgment.

Our proprietary framework, the Selah Convergence Framework, is a structured, human-led analytical model designed to provide verified information and thoughtful alignment analysis.

Our Philosophy

We prioritize:

• Verified primary-source information
• Structured analytical comparison
• Human review at every stage
• Contextual clarity over automated volume

We do not conduct surveillance, private investigations, or behavioral evaluations. We provide structured analytical reporting grounded in verified public records and lawful information sources.

The Three-Stage Framework

1. Pause

The Stone Review

The Stone Review is a structured review of verified public records and relevant compliance checks. Depending on the scope of engagement, this may include:

• Criminal court records (where lawful and applicable)
• Civil filings
• Professional licensure verification
• Corporate affiliations
• Regulatory standing

All reportable findings are verified at source whenever possible. Aggregated database results are treated as research leads and are not included in reports without confirmation.

This stage establishes the factual foundation.

2. Reflect

The Selah Alignment Summary

The Selah Alignment Summary incorporates structured self-reporting and disclosure alignment. Where applicable and agreed upon by the requesting party, individuals may be invited to provide:

• Relevant background disclosures
• Professional or regulatory clarifications
• Contextual explanations related to public record findings

This component allows for a structured comparison between voluntarily disclosed information and verified records.

It is important to note:

The Selah Alignment Summary is not a psychological assessment, personality test, or behavioral evaluation. It is a structured disclosure alignment review designed to evaluate consistency, completeness, and transparency in relation to verified public information.

This stage introduces context without replacing documented facts.

3. Proceed with Confidence

The Convergence Analysis

The Convergence Analysis integrates:

• Verified public record findings
• Structured disclosure alignment
• Contextual narrative review

A trained researcher conducts a comparative evaluation to identify alignment patterns, inconsistencies, or disclosure gaps. The objective is NOT to predict behavior or determine suitability, but to provide a disciplined analytical summary of available information.

When applicable, reports may include a Reliability Index (RI).

The Reliability Index is a descriptive analytical tool reflecting:

• Stability of verified public records
• Degree of disclosure alignment
• Observed consistency indicators

The Reliability Index is NOT predictive of future conduct and does NOT determine hiring, leasing, or partnership decisions. It is provided as a structured summary reference within the broader analytical report. Final decisions remain solely with the requesting party.

The Human Loop Requirement

Every engagement at Selah and Stone Research includes a mandatory human review process. This means:

• All reportable findings are reviewed by a trained senior researcher.
• Automated database outputs are never delivered without verification.
• Alignment comparisons are evaluated by human judgment, not algorithmic scoring alone.
• Reports undergo structured review prior to release.

We do not "pump out" automated reports. Each engagement reflects disciplined human oversight.

This human loop requirement is central to The Selah Method.

Our Source Hierarchy

We prioritize sources according to reliability:

Tier 1 — Primary Sources
Official court records, licensing boards, regulatory filings.

Tier 2 — Confirmed Public Filings
Government portals and administrative records.

Tier 3 — Contextual Media
Reputable media sources used for context only, not as standalone findings.

This hierarchy ensures clarity and defensibility.

Scope & Boundaries

Selah and Stone Research provides structured analytical reporting based on verified public records and lawful information sources.

We do not:

• Conduct surveillance
• Perform private investigations
• Engage in field operations
• Provide legal advice
• Make hiring or leasing decisions

When reports are used for employment purposes, Selah and Stone Research operates as a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

The Selah Method

At its core, our methodology rests on a simple belief:

Thorough research and high standards build trust.
